The Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix is one of our all-time favorites! This naturally dairy free muffin is made with coconut oil (or your choice of neutral oil), and an entire can of pumpkin puree, which gives you a deliciously moist pumpkin muffin that tastes like a perfect fall day. We also include the instructions for the Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffin variarion. This mix will yield 12 large muffins, or 15+ standard muffins.
We only use the finest organic/non-gmo ingredients in all of our mixes and baked goods. Our baking blend is mixed by hand with our own secret recipe.
