Our Pancake & Waffle mix is made with out signature blend of organic/non-gmo gluten-free baking blend. Our Pancake & Waffle mix contains enough for two batches.
For a single batch, you will need:
1 1/2 cups Pancake & Waffle mix
1 large egg, room temperature
1/4 cup melted butter or oil
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix the egg, melted butter or oil, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the Pancake & Waffle mix slowly, whisking thoroughly. Let sit 10 minutes to thicken.
- For waffles, cook per waffle maker instructions until the waffles are golden brown on both sides and light brown on the edges
- For pancakes, heat a skillet on medium-low heat. Add butter or oil, then pour approximately 1/2 cup of batter into the pan. the edges will begin to firm up a bit as the pancake becomes ready to flip. Cook both sides until golden brown.
