Our cinnamon roll muffin mix contains the flour mixture, dry ingredients for the filling, and the dry ingredients for the streusal topping needed to make our delicious cinnamon roll muffins from scratch.
To bake these muffins, you will need 1/2 cup and 3 tablespoons of softened salted butter (divided), 1/4 cup of cold butter, 3/4 cup of brown or coconut sugar, 1/2 cup of cane sugar, 3/4 cup of milk at room temperature, 2 eggs (room temp), and 2 tbsp applesauce. For the icing, you'll need 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, a splash of vanilla, and either water milk or half and half.
Organic Ingredients:
Muffin mix: The Martin Abel House Bakery baking blend, organic gluten free oats, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
Filling mix packet: organic brown sugar and organic cinnamon
Streusal packet: The MAHB baking blend, organic gluten free oats, organic cane sugar, organic coconut sugar, and cinnamon
