Our 1:1 Baking Blend is made to order from the finest gluten free flours and starches we have found. They are organic/non-gmo, vegan, nut free, and additive free. We currently offer 1 lb 12 oz bags.
This is the flour blend we use for all of our muffins, cakes, and cookies. It can also be used for pancakes, waffles, quick breads, as a roux for thickening soups and sauces, and just about any recipe that calls for all-purpose flour.
Ingredients: organic brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, organic sweet rice flour, organic potato starch, organic tapioca starch, and non-gmo xanthan gum/guar gum.
